For the past couple of years, I have been toying with sites already up and running… looking at their css files, noting how they organize their sites, and I have been nothing short of awestruck.I love the way K2 runs so easily and especially the way I can mask it with a theme in a couple of minutes. However…I have always wanted to completely design my own site… from the ground up, or almost.

Multiple times, I have taken advantage of free css templates, but they limit creativity. So, I have decided I will try to design my own site and then convert it to a WordPress theme. I may lose a lot of features that K2 offers, and the entire process may take months, but I am willing to do it, at least for now. Who knows if I’ll feel different when junior year starts to get tough.Anyway, just thought I would put it out there…
